Help us win this fight for our elections

SC Safe Elections needs your help. Please consider making a generous contribution to close the funding gap with our lawsuit to gain access to the Cast Vote Records (CVRs) which provide improved transparency, auditability and accountability to the voting process here in SC.

Up to this point we have been winning each round but the case has been delayed a bit as it was designated a “complicated” case. Although at its core it is actually quite simple, the other side has tried to make it complicated by countersuing us (they don’t want us to have the ability to ever FOIA or investigate the 2020 election ever.) Plus, they have dragged their feet with discovery. (To date we have handed over 2000 pages of documents!)

The positive point of a complicated case is that we will have a designated judge and a date certain for trial, but the downside is that this will take longer than expected.

We would love to see 10 to 20 individuals step up and give a $1000 donation. Or perhaps 40 or more people give $500.  Some of us are going out of pocket tens of thousands of dollars and since this effort benefits all South Carolinians it should be a shared expense.  We are all in this together; no one of us should suffer financially to fight for freedom.
