Cast Vote Record Update

It is with much regret that I send you the news that Judge Coble has dismissed all of the cases for all the counties and the SEC as well as the counterclaim (against us). We are beyond disappointed with this decision which was not based on the law or the truth. The main reason the other side used was that they shouldn’t have to “create or “produce” records per our FOIA law; however, these cast vote records are created at the time of tabulation. This is even outlined specifically in ES&S documentation which we gave judge Coble. It was surprising as we had already cleared that hurdle earlier last year.  It is a travesty that 28 other states and the District of Columbia have access to these reports but for some reason the supposedly “red” state of South Carolina doesn’t allow it. Not only did we have more than a scintilla of evidence, the bulk of evidence was on our side. The other side didn’t have a case in our opinion and that is why they couldn’t let this go to trial. We are still digesting this information but will apprise you of our next steps once we decide.

We have all put so much into this case and it is clear that the courts and our state appear to not want to rule for the truth and for transparency for our elections.

Regardless, we will continue to wage a battle for election integrity. We just need to readjust and strategize our next steps. True patriots don't give up! Unfortunately, to date all branches of government have let us down.  Our law enforcement, judicial branch, legislature, and executive branch have all refused to make this a priority. This election year no substantive election integrity legislation was passed. The election bill of 2022 was not sufficient and, in many ways, moved in the opposite direction.

The saving grace is that we have a strong and tenacious group who are committed and unwavering. We are blessed.

Know that we have a country and a state as well as elections to save and this will give us all more resolve than ever to fight the fight-- whatever that looks like.

Election interference at the local level

There have been some egregious actions on the local level regarding election interference which further underscores the many issues we have locally in the party systems.  The power of a few is trying to manipulate things to their benefit and it is not a good look. For more information, please read the blog below. People were arrested at the state GOP convention and told they were no longer delegates. The ballots were jumbled up to confuse people. Robert’s Rules weren’t followed. What a mess!
