How do you know your vote is counted? You don’t.
Plus, RFK Jr. enters the race and what to do this election season
In SC we have no way of verifying the validity of our vote. In fact, our state is one of the least transparent in the nation with respect to election records. Citizens aren’t able to obtain the following”
Security logs from the machines to know what activity took place over time and if and when it was connected to or communicated with
Confirmation of any penetration testing to ensure us that the system cannot be hacked
Voters aren’t allowed to take a picture of their ballot so that they can verify that the barcode at the top has correctly identified their vote preferences.
Cast Vote Records- we tried to sue for these but after our case was shuffled around over 3 judges the case was dismissed and then under a motion for reconsideration the judge ruled that CVRs cannot be accessed under the FOIA freedom of information act. This decision was made without a formal hearing or any of our evidence or expert testimony being put into the record.
Note: Cast Vote Record analysis was used in GA and PA to prove fraud in that there were duplicated ballots as well as missing ballot images found. Furthermore, twenty-eight states and the District of Columbia have issued these reports for the 2020 election).
Observers aren’t allowed to see any ballots at all—not during hand count audits nor absentee ballot review
Our state voter rolls are very expensive over $2,500 each time they are requested making it difficult to do ongoing analysis.
Citizens are given limited viewing in poll observation, logic and accuracy tests and hand count audits
We are constantly being told to trust the system, but a lack of transparency and data to verify the veracity of the data is concerning and does not foster trust. Trust is earned. Our legislators need to address these issues. Please contact your legislators to ask them to pass stronger election integrity bills that increase transparency and get rid of the electronics in our voting systems.
This election just got more interesting
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joins the Trump team which has major implications as he is asking to be taken off the ballot in the battleground states. Of course, some states are fighting that. In addition, Jack Smith has now indicted Trump again on the same charges with less than 70 days to go in the election. And to top things off Mark Zuckerberg is issuing a “mea culpa” and claiming he had no choice but to censor social media posts involving Hunter Biden’s laptop and the pandemic due to pressure from our government.
Election interference takes many forms such as lawfare, censorship, election laws being changed to favor one candidate. In fact, the Kennedy campaign complained about the DNC trying to subvert their campaign efforts.
In this must-see interview with Tucker Carlson, RFK Jr discusses the censorship role the government is taking on and calls CISA (Center for Infrastructure and Security Agency) as the “censorship industrial complex.” He also states that he spent $10M thus far defending himself against the Democratic party which was trying to keep him off the ballot in many states. (Ironic that now they are trying to keep him on in some states). He is still running in heavy blue and red states, but wanted to not run in battleground states.

As always, we believe the best way to vote is one day of voting on hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots. Once again, please contact your legislators to ask them to pass stronger election integrity bills that increase transparency and get rid of the electronics.
